The death season has definitely hit Indiana I say this because it feels like its in the negative degrees. As I write this I’m wrapped up in a fluffy blanket, practically hugging the heater and about to burn candles on either side of me to use frequent pauses to re-warm the tips of my fingers. I would really like to climb in bed and stay under the covers until temperatures are 85 and above (now that’s my kind of weather). We island girls don’t experience the cold of winter so the death season(winter) is NOT appreciated. Lets be honest: Getting dressed in the dead of winter is no easy feat when the aim is to stay warm and look cool at the same time. So I love items that make it possible to manage to appear seasonally appropriate and chic on a daily basis. When getting ready during cold days, may get stumped when it comes to building the perfect winter outfits often or less. But what I realize is, its all about the layers and everyday winter gear that’s comfortable, effortless, fashionable and of course warm. My staple during these cold days have become a cute knitted hat, shinnies, and jacket/coat. and this assemble is my lazy look for when I just want to run quick errands or trying to barely survive the cold. So when in the death season stay bundled up and always have a warm cute comfortable outfit for on the go.

Love,

Killy
